Hi, I Am 44f. I Have Been Taking Olmesartan Medoxomil/Hydrochlorothiaz

Hi, i am 44f. I have been taking Olmesartan Medoxomil/Hydrochlorothiaz 40-25MG once daily since 12/20/24. It has helped greatly with by high bp but i have had a horrible cough since i started taking it. Because i am coughing up clear mucus with the cough my dr assumed its allergies, never really had before, and has me taking a daily allergy pill and nasal spray. I have found myself needing to use my rescue inhaler in the mornings because i wake up short of breath. Could the Olmesartan be the cause of this? I am also taking 10MG of amlodipine and 100MG of sertraline daily.
