Hi, I Am 58 Yrs Old Female, Have Rhuematoid Arthritis

Hi, i am 58 yrs old female, have rhuematoid arthritis for 14 yrs n the condition is under gd control!
Two mths ago i had a left palm injury, after 2 weeks i started to feel numbness on my left hand fingers, i took arcoxia but useless. After diagnosis, the doctor said i hv carpo tunnel syndrome, n he prescribed methcobol 500mg tds, i would like to know if it will help? Can u suggest any other better alternative?
