Hi I Am 69 Years Old & Had Aclasta Infusion

Hi i am 69 years old & had Aclasta infusion on the 22nd March. Not feeling too good today, with fever, headache, chest pain. I had to have dental work done yesterday, just a filling. Are the pain normal, this is the third time I had the infusion
