Hi , i am Verena , 41 years old , i have uterine myomyoma , it is 7 cm, 13cm, 9cm , no bleeding no pain , just numbness of my leg muscles and spasm of knee muscles , could be caused be the fibroids , and if i do hystrectomy and leave ovaries , could suffer from ovarian failure and be menipaused ?
