Hi I Am A 22yr Old Female. I Had Taken

Hi i am a 22yr old female. I had taken an ipill in july this year just a week before my actual periods. I bled twice within 20 days and both times were just mild and spotted. I have observed that ever since wen i getnormal periods the pain is unbearable and starts 3 days prior to the flow. I had nevwr jad this much pain before. My lower abdomen as well body pains. Please advice.
