Hi, i am a 31 year old active female. For the past 7 days i have been experiencing a tingling sensation on the skin around my right soleus. I have been experiencing pressure in my head, light headedness and weak feelings in my arms, with no other symptoms.

Are these symptoms related in any way and should there be cause for alarm?
