Hi, I Am A 37 Year Old Male Who Is

Hi, i am a 37 year old male who is reletavly healthy, I dont smoke but drink occasionally. I have been getting abscess around my bum for the last 3 months which were cured by antibiotics and since then I've for a boil on my right glute and an abscess on my left glute close to the anus. The doctor said I need to have this drained but I don't want to go that route. Can you please suggest what my choices are pls? Thank you.
