Hi I Am A 41 Year Old Woman, Who Has

Hi i am a 41 year old woman, who has had a pain similar to what feels like a gas bubble move from under my left breast to my left rib, underneath my left shoulder blade. It moves back and through sometimes in the same areas. It hurts when i move certain way. What is it, and how do i get rid of it? Its been there sense Thursday.
