Hi, I Am A 42 Year Old Women And Never

Hi, i am a 42 year old women and never had any type of vaginal infections, however, recently, after intercourse, i noticed discharge that is more white and a bit of fishy smell... would this be a yeast infection or something else, I am a little scared as I never had this before and not sure if I can do something without going to doctor.
