Hi I Am A Female 23 Years Old. I Have

Hi i am a female 23 years old. I have a lump/bump arnd the size of a fingernail at my pubic hair area above my vagina. It is dark red in colour and there is no sign of any ingrown hair or pus which may signal a pimple. It hurts a little when i press it. I doubt it is any STD because i am sexually inactive. Please advise what it may be? Or is there a need to visit the doctor? Thank you.
