Hi I Am Chethan, 27yr Old. I Have An Fungal

Hi i am chethan, 27yr old. i have an fungal infecton at my bottom & thighs also. I met skin specialist on July 2014, prescribed Cap- Sporanox 0-0-2 (after food) x 10 days, Canesten-S cream 1-0-1 x only for 10 days, after 10 days i have gone for follow up doctor told me stop Tablet and canesten -s cream.
After that he change my medication with Lulifin cream 1-0-1, I was doing really good.
Now means from Feb-2015 again the m suffering from fungal infection. Still i have not yet met the doctor. Can u plz give me an suggestion that can use same medication for 10 days see the result then go to doctor or wat ???
