Hi I Am Currently 36 Weeks Pregnant And Was Diagnoised

Hi i am currently 36 weeks pregnant and was diagnoised with polyhydramnios at 30 weeks i am having bad back pains and abdomen pains for the last hour and they are constantly there the pains get worse every 5 to 10mins i can still feel the baby move, is this worring or should i call my midwife and go straight into hospital?
