Hi, I Am Facing Problem In My Penis Since Last

Hi, i am facing problem in my penis since last one year in starting there was a little bump in left side inside of my penis, i consult to many doctors but it is not disappeared, even it spread to right side and also other parts now i feel the same bump in 4-5 places in side my penis.
One and a half year is so much time i feel so much pain while preparing sex, also my penis bend to left side as i noted and having lot of pain
when my penis is in soft mode i never feel pain and when touched the bump it feel like a hard bump
Please help me out from this difficult situation, this ruined my sex life....please help me out
