Hi, I Am From Mumbai, My Wife Is Facing Problem

Hi, i am from mumbai, my wife is facing problem in left ear.

The pain was started after cleaning it with cleaning stick. Small pain was from first two days on third day pain increased and today i.e. On fourth day its hurting her badly. From 2nd. Day started soliwax ear drops. But pain is getting increase.

Pls pls advice what to.do..
