Hi, I Am Have Short Sneezing Episodes Throughout The Day;

Hi, i am have short sneezing episodes throughout the day; especially inthe mornings due to an extremely highly irritated and allergic nose. The moment i touch my nose to blow, an allergic sensation kicks-in followed by running nose and some 10-20 sneezes.
Citrizine seems to keep this at bay but only works for one day. Frequent use of citrizine seems to have a side effect on my bowel moments(i happen to suffer from an irritable bowel as well)
Having trouble leading a regular life without a permanent cure to this!
Help!
