Hi I Am Little Worried Yesterday A Street Dog Ran

Hi i am little worried yesterday a street dog ran over my feet nd he trying show some love as he put his nails on my feet anf there were lil scrach on my feet fingers but later i clean with water and saw no sign of scrach and rashes so is it ok or do i need to see doctor for vaccines help me out
