Hi I Am Pregnant In Week 6 Yesterday I Spotted

Hi i am pregnant in week 6 yesterday i spotted blood with period pain i contacted my doctor she did an echographie the baby was ok and she gave me an proluton depot injection.
Today the blood and the pain are increasing and i am panicking. Any advice?
