Hi I Am Suffering From A Lot Of Acidity... I

Hi i am suffering from a lot of acidity... i keep takin various medicines prescribed by diff doctors.. since 2 day i hav acute acidity and pain in my upper left chest... the doctor prescribed o2h and omez d.. twice a day..along with some paracetamols... but my acidity hasnt subsided...nor the pain... pls suggest
