Hi I Am Taking Valprin Crono 300 For 2 Years

Hi i am taking valprin crono 300 for 2 years before that i used take eptiOn 100 mg i suffered first in 2009 but in 2013 i discontinued my medicine before consulting a doctor after 3 months i again got fit in the atfernoon everybody says that u should take this medicine for 3 years i am confused what should i do please suggest
