Hi , I Am Tanishka My Age Is 28years I

Hi , i am tanishka my age is 28years i got married in 2015 march. I concevied in april 2015 but after three months i had miscarriage. Again we pland in jan 2016 i concevied again but i had three months miscarriage again .now we r planing and we consult the doctor first, so my doctor gave me 'Endogest 200 sr' ,'Maycyst-M' and 'Progynova' these tablets is that good enough..actully my mensuration cycle is not in-order.when dr ultrasound my lower abdamn they found small size of many egg in utras so that eggs were not rupctured on time due to many in size so i felt this problem is big to get prengnent.due to that my mensuration date is not constant its comes after 40 day or after..so plz suggest me. Or consultation me ..for this issue.
