Hi, I Am Using 200mg 0f Tramadol In The Morning

Hi, i am using 200mg 0f tramadol in the morning and tramacet acetaminophen/tramadol hydrochloride for breakout pain, i am also using 90 mg of cymbalta for fibromyalgia, chronic pain and fatigue. as of late i am experiencing more back pain than usual, including being agitated and deppressed more than normal. may i increase one or more of the drugs? i am away on holidays and will not see my physician until i return home next Tuesday.
