Hi I Am Writing In Order To Get Some More

Hi i am writing in order to get some more info on my left knee i had a mri done and it mentioned on it that i had mild mucoid degeneration of the medical meniscus now the problem is i have pain there but is more so when walking up stairs it pops and cracks when doing so. Also when laying down i could extend my leg back and fourth and its cracks and makes this grinding noise also i was wondering if this would have to do so with the fact my previous job involved alot of bending and squatting if u could answer these questions it would be greatly appreciated danny gjalevski thanks
