Hi, I Believe That I May Have A Swollen Or

Hi, i believe that i may have a swollen or infected eustachian tube. My right ear has had this weird full feeling like a "swish' feeling, then cold air feeling, then a little pain, this has been going on for a couple months. Now my gland feels sore and my jaw hurts. I have had this before. My question is do you think this will require antibiotics. I have 6 days til payday and can't afford a doctor appt til Oct 1st.
