Hi. I Can't Afford Health Insurance But Fortunately Live About

Hi. i can't afford health insurance but fortunately live about 30 min from UM Hospital Ann Arbor Mi. So if they even think u have a small chance of anything they cover me so i go there. I have Factor V Homogeneous and EPP Porphyria, and have small freckles all over, but small. Now all of a sudden there is one on my outer ankle light to medium brown with a tiny dot a bit darker on outer edge. About 4-5mm wide. Should i go through trying the ER i am scared bc of Porphyria my risk I've been told my whole life is higher for Melanoma. Please what do u think??
