Hi, I Climbed A Ladder And It Fell Out From

Hi, i climbed a ladder and it fell out from under me and I fell on it. There are multiple points of contact on my legs wrist and finger. The worse is on my right leg...shin scrapes, knee scrape but the biggest problem is sn are just above my knee. I am seeing some brusing on my left lrg but this area is red, larger than palm-sized and warm to the touch. Should I go to work or to my doctor?
