Hi, I Did My Early Pregnancy Scan Today, I Am

Hi, i did my early pregnancy scan today, i am about 6 weeks 4days, this is my second pregnancy, had cesarean about 7 months back, my reports showing , there is a follicular cyst noted in the right ovary measuring 23 mm in size, and no fluid seen in pouch of Douglas, and having bulky uterus with homogeneous myometrical echoes. can anyone please explain what does all mean ?
