Hi I Dont Know If I Have Herpes Or Not....but

Hi i dont know if I have herpes or not....but I have been with the same guy for over a year and just a couple days ago I started to get real itchy on the inside of my vagina lip on the top. Only on one side. Then the next day the itchy spot turned into small clear bumps....throughout the day it turned into a big blister. Now it is a big blister filled with pus. I do have a yeast infection as well but I dont think it is involved with it. Help?
