Hi I Don't No If You Are Able To Help

Hi i don't no if you are able to help me but i am a Australian currently living in Canada.
I am 14 days late with my period and i have done pregnancy test but they come up negative.
I want to go and see a doctor because i feel like i have multiple pregnancy symptoms but as i am not a canadian im not sure how to go about it as the doctors here wont see you unless you are there family doctor, which i obviously dont have one.

any advise?
or would you know of any other reasons why i would have gotten my period by now?
im 27, always been regular. and i have never been this late.
