Hi, I Dropped An Object Weighing About 18lbs From A

Hi, i dropped an object weighing about 18lbs from a hight of about 4' (it was actually a florescent light fixture..i was doing some over head electrical.) anyway, it hit me on what i think is the lateral cuneiform and the cuboid (of course im not a doc so not 100% on that) i have pain at the sight, some bruising along with swelling and it hurts to flex my toes back. Could this simply be sprained? I have also found i am extremely sensitive to ice...it hurts. Keeping in mind i did this about 4 hrs ago.
