Hi I Feel Heartbeat In My Throat. It Happens When

Hi i feel heartbeat in my throat. It happens when i am laying down more often . Also I have some pain on my left side.two days ago I lifted some heavy basket but not sure that it might be a reason. I am also before my period. I notised that around two weeks before my period I suffer dizziness. Is this hearbeatbis realeted with my period or this dizziness? Thank you
