Hi I First Did An Abortion (using The Pill) Had

Hi i first did an abortion (using the pill) had diarrhoea n bled but it wasnt heavy then i went again n it ddnt happen.went for da second time n there nothing happened at all only felt a few crwmping n diarrhoea but no bleeding....n i went da third time same procedure but different intake of the pills so now im scared....whether its gonna happen or not pls help
