Hi, I Frequently Go To The Gym And I Assume

Hi, i frequently go to the gym and i assume by doing yoga barefoot that i caught a sort of fungus. After going to my doctor, he prescribed Emocort and an clotimaderm. After 3 weeks of using the creams twice a day instead of 2, im still itchy and it happens mostly during the night. I need to find a solution please, i think i was misdiagnosed. Thank you!!

P.S i also get itchy at nighttime inside my anus.
