Hi I Get Bumps Like Pimples On My Face On

Hi i get bumps like pimples on my face on my butt on my back when i scratch them some hurt they all bleed extensively then they heal up a little but they dont go away and i find myself repeating this process of scratching sqeezing the bump which then turns into a dark scar after a month or so....do i have cancer?
