Hi I Get My Period Every Month Same Day I

Hi i get my period every month same day i didnt have any noriday for four days and had a day of spotting around when it was due but am taking pill again and havnt had a period would the day of spotting be a period or a withdrawel bleed is being pregnant possible.thanku for your time :)
