Hi, I Got Hit On My Ear While Wearing A

Hi, i got hit on my ear while wearing a goalie helment. it did not hurt but ever since then ive encounter some trouble with that ear such as a come and go tinnitis, distorded sound over loud noise, and less accurate earing of high frequencies. Ive done an online auditive test and couldnt hear the 6000k on that ear with my earphone with low volume. Its been a litte more than 48hours and i feel a bit better since the accident but i can still feel the distortion and muddy high frequencies. Ive red that these could be permanent and as a 18years old musician that really scares me so i would like to know if theres a possibility that everything goes back to normal? Thanks.
