Hi I Got My Last Period On 24th March 2016

Hi i got my last period on 24th march 2016 and doctor has suggested me to take norethisterone 5mg tablet to induce period in 15 days .I have always had my regular period till date . I am married since 4 years and have no kid. I have got the test done but it is negavite.Is it appropriate to take the tablet ??? Doctor has prescribed me to take 3 tablets daily for 5 days .
