Hi, I Got My Left Wisdom Tooth Removed 3 Weeks

Hi, i got my left wisdom tooth removed 3 weeks ago, 4 days post procedure i got little swallen llymph node under jaw ( with burning itching pain in four teeth gums exact above chin lymphnode) went to dr he said it will go away in 3 weeks etc .Now 4 days ago i went for dental scaling , post 48 hrs scaling my same lymph node got lil more swallen with lil pain. what can be reason
