What Can I Do About Missed Period Despite Taking Meprate And Progynova?

Hi ,i got periods on last dec27 after that till now no periods i used meparate and novelon but i didn t get periods so i consulted my gynaecologist on mar 14th she scanned on that day and said I am not pregnant but there is an AFC follicle 20mm in right ovary and 18mm follicle in left ovary so she suggested to take meparate and progynova for five days. It has been more than 10days i stopped above said medicine but i didn t get periods. Please suggest a solution
