Hi, I Got Punched Just Above The Outside Of My

Hi, i got punched just above the outside of my right eyebrow i was left with a nasty cut which is healing ok but feels numb and tingerly. I havent a got a black but had a bleed on the eye. My main concern is this happened just over a week ago and my top eyelid is still swollen. How long does it take for the swelling to go. Many thanks sue
