Hi I Got Tested Postive For Clamydia Few Months Back

Hi i got tested postive for clamydia few months back took doxycycline and azithromycin and its been few months and i havent slept with anyone i had unprotected sex 2 days ago wondering might i have still have the infection i had a little bit of brown discharge after and im on the depo injection please help i dont want to have passed it on
