Hi I Had A 2 And A Half Day Of

Hi i had a 2 and a half day of really light blood flow that ended on friday. Didnt need any panty liner no cramps just peeing alot. This is not normal for me. Its always extra heavy and cramps always feel like im in labor like when i had my son down to the sore back. What could this be. Took pg test on sat but it was neg. Im really worried.
