Hi I Had A Fall Today Puchin A Childs Bike

Hi i had a fall today puchin a childs bike i was pushin it from behind leaning over tge seat holdin the habdle bars. My fiit slipped i lost balance and i coukdnt catch myself i fell and landed on the handle bars hittin under my chin and a bit of my neck. Since a while after ive had a sore throat will i be ok?
