Hi I Had A Laparoscopy(right Ovary Was Attached To Womb)

Hi i had a laparoscopy(right ovary was attached to womb)
done last wk 11th october. This morning saw brown blood spotting/discharge having alot of pain and discomfort. This is the first time this happened since i was released. My period only due in 10-12 days
