Hi I Had A Period July 26 And Ending The

Hi i had a period July 26 and ending the August 1. Had intercourse and now I'm had started one a again August 14th.I had some brownish stuff in my panies and then started bleeding red and it had been heavie the first three days now on the 4th day I only bleed once and it was red.what does this mean .
