Hi, I Had A Premature Baby And She Has Fought

Hi, i had a premature baby and she has fought through last 2 months to be above 2 kgs now. She seems fine, but recently she was observed to have some leakage of milk in her lungs. She has been given physiotherapy and she is just fine now. She is slow in taking bottle feed and there seems to be some sound which comes from her lungs and noses. She continues to get nebulization, and physiotherapy. The doctor it seems doesnt want to take chance now and is suggesting to give her some steroids through huff and puff kit. I want to know is there any observed side effect in physical health, lung health and learning health in the long run
