Hi I Had A Rash That Was Being Treated With

Hi i had a rash that was being treated with fluxocillin it healed 80% then formed a red bump that has now oozed and left a large yellow scab is this now pd or impetigo the doctor sent a swab off but no results yet and its worse now i thought it waz healing with the antibiotics but seemed to react when i ate sugar yesterday? Not sure to wash svab away and aply fusidic acid or leave and see doctor tomorrow. Thanks
