Hi, I Had A Viral Fever Few Months Back And

Hi, i had a viral fever few months back and I after a month i lost plenty of hair and my hair started thinning i suggested a dermatologist and they gave me some Iron and biotin tablets to take until three month. now, 3 month is over but my hair is still thin and i don see any changes yet. please help me with this.
