Hi I Had An Abortion Done On April 21st And

Hi i had an abortion done on april 21st and had the bleeding for a week it stopped a week later and resumed this week but during this time frame i am gaining weight and developing a baby bump look alike stomach
Is anyof this normal. Also did a pregnanvy test and it still says pregnant
