Hi , I Had An Episiotomy In September And One

Hi , i had an episiotomy in september and one of the stiches hs opened the second day , my obgyn told me not to worry but now i have a lump coming out of my vagina , it s not painful though i feel havieness in the whole genital area spescially when im tired or after working out. Do i have to worry or it will be self healed??
