Hi, I Had C Section 2 Mths Back.. My Vaginal

Hi, i had c section 2 mths back.. My vaginal bleeding didnt stop i am taking Progestrone only pill. Is it a normal thing?.. Also i m having piles which came in the pregnancy period..will it go by its own or do i need any treatments.. I m having pain and some times bleeding during bowel movement.
